This notice explains what samkentechnology.com collects and how it is used. It covers this website only. The Elaine apps are governed by the Elaine privacy policy.

Who we are
This website is operated by SamKen Technology Co. ("SamKen", "we", "us"). You can contact us at info@samkentechnology.com.
What this website collects
This website is a static informational site. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, does not run third-party trackers, and does not require an account.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request to keep the site secure and available. Logs are retained for a limited period by the host.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and use them only to reply to you.
- Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. See Google's privacy policy for details.
How we use information
We use the information above to operate and secure the website, respond to messages, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
Links to other services
This site links to elaine.care, the Apple App Store, Google Play, our help center, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Each of those services has its own privacy policy that applies once you leave this website.
Your choices and rights
You can browse this site without submitting any personal information. To ask what information we hold about you from an email enquiry, or to have it deleted, email info@samkentechnology.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor them.
Elaine app data
Information collected inside the Elaine Care and Elaine Caregiver apps, including account, booking, messaging, location, and payment data, is covered by the Elaine privacy policy and terms and conditions. Account deletion requests should be sent to support@samkentechnology.com from the email address on the account.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date at the top will be updated. Continued use of the website after a change means the updated notice applies.
