SamKen Technology Co. is a health technology company focused on home care.
We design, build, and operate Elaine, the platform that lets patients and families book verified caregivers and lets caregivers work independently with the tools, payments, and protection of a modern app.
What we do
Two sides of home care, one product team.
Home care only works when both people in the room are supported. Families need to trust who is coming through the door and see what happened during a visit. Caregivers need a fair way to find work, a clear plan for each visit, and payment they can count on.
SamKen Technology builds both experiences as one platform: Elaine Care for patients and families, Elaine Caregiver for home health aides and professional caregivers, and the shared services underneath them: matching, scheduling, digital care plans, ElaineX AI task streamlining, identity and background verification, secure messaging, and wallet-based payments.
We work alongside SamKen Health, the affiliated home care brand, so product decisions are grounded in the day-to-day of real caregiving rather than assumptions about it.
